how much calories should i eat a day day? am i eating to much? how fast can i lose 35 pounds?
right now i weight 155ish im 5’6 and im 16 i plan to lose about 35 pounds to be 125ish. so i cut my daily calorie to about 1300 i think i should go down to maybe 1200 or 1250 i only exercise 2 times a week. i really want to lose all the weight as soon and as fast as possible i know i have to eat fruits and veggies so i will and drink lots of water which i do….. how fast could i lose the weight by eating 1300 calories a day..or should i go down to 1200 or lower?
please i dont want to try acai berry or other diet pills, tablets, creams, drinks etc.
i also kinda worked a food plan
like breakfast is 1 banana
lunch- a english muffin with a cheese slice melted
dinner- something with carrots/grapes, maybe grilled cheese idk but everything i would eat would be a fruit or veggie, dinner is really hard for me to plan ahead any ideas?
