I’ve lost 12 pounds. I am 5’4 and 97 pounds. Yes i am underweight but I don’t LOOk underweight. I just look kinda skinny. So i want to maintain weight now. I am sick and tired of counting calories. I’ve averaged about 1200 calories per day on my diet, but had my binge/cheat days whenever i went out with my friends. I am sick and tired of counting every strawberry i eat and stuff UGH it just makes me go crazy i feel like i am handicapped or something :S
So, whenever my friends and i go out for sushi, italian, anythign like that, i don’t even know how to count calories. Now that i’m maintaining, can i sreoiusly eat anythign i want without counting calories? How does this sound:
eating whatever I want anytime i want, but not as MUCH AS i want. just eating until i’m full but in moderation. Eating without counting calories. Still exercising (every day for at least 30 minuites) Being active. Not eating after 8pm. Trying out for healthier options but NEVER counting calories and eat whatever i want and ENJOY MY LIFE !?!? i feel like diet is getting control of me.
If i follow the above, what is the maximum weight gain i would experience in your opinion?
Actually at this point, if i could follow this diet plan and no more and i can live normally without counting calories ever again and enjoy and smile in my life, i would gladly gain a few pounds.
Any advice would help. And please don’t advertise acai berry or websites. Just personal advice and experiences would help. Thx!
